2021 Orientation
Dear Families,
We hope you
have had some time to relax and enjoy time with your families. We also hope
families have a chance to get away for some fun in the sun now we can visit
beaches and natural wonders.
In preparation
for 2021, please find the follow information (including attached documents):
Policies and
Procedures- The ‘Family
Information Handbook‘ is a condensed version of regulations, policies and
procedures for your guidance. It is lengthy, but is designed to be a go to
reference point throughout your time within our Kindergarten Community. This
includes up to date information about fees, but there is still more information
to come. 4 year old kinder will be free and we will apply for this when we can.
This is equivalent to $2122 per child or $530.50 per term.
Orientation
and Start Dates- This is a quick access factsheet- ‘Orientation and Important Date
Information’ which is a great starting point for orientation procedures, what
you need to bring and starting dates. Thursday, January 28, 2021 will
be our first day with your fabulous little people.
Online
Enrolment Forms to be completed (please see the link below)- We thank families who have completed half of their enrolment
information through our secure web portal at www.dcmemorialkinder.com.au
and ask those families who have not completed all sections to please do so
before your child commences in 2021. We cannot commence children without this
being complete. If you need support, please let us know.
In addition to
this, we need the remaining details (required by early childhood regulation) to
be completed and this can be done through this link https://forms.gle/VCgxkKpfStKmxRxH7
Immunisation
Records- We also would like to remind families who
may not have sent in their Immunisation Record to email the record at their
earliest convenience to diamond.creek.memorial.kin@kindergarten.vic.gov.au
After Hours
Care Program- Please let us
know if you may be intending to use Extended Hours (2.00pm to 4.30pm) any of
the preschool days so we can plan appropriately.
Emails will be
checked periodically throughout the summer break. Messages on the kinder
landline and mobile phone may be missed through this break as works at both
kinders are being completed over the break and we are updating mobile
contracts.
We look
forward to a wonderful 2021 with your children where we anticipate covid19
guidelines will see families being welcomed back into the learning environment
for orientation.
